Transferring shares from your investment account to your favorite Charity is not a new process, but the tax savings is. This is the process we recommend to get it right.
- Obtain a " Transfer Form " available from the Foundation by calling 542-8677, or by clicking on the following link and printing the form:
- Complete the form , and be sure to include the trading symbol or Cusip number. You can get that information from your broker, or we can help locate it for you
- FAX or send the completed " Transfer Form " to your broker, who will be responsible for the timely transfer of your Donated Shares.
